Wundaburra Mirabel

Miribel is our most treasured breeder and the matriarch of our most successful female line.  A former show champion, Miribel was purchased as a cow and calf unit at the Cream of the Crop Female Sale in 2010.

She is highly fertile, milks well, and has produced 11 calves in 11 years, many of which followed in her foot-steps and were successfully exhibited, some achieving broad ribbon success at Beef Australia, the Royal Queensland Show and the Droughtmaster Futurity Show.

Miribel’s female calves have all been retained in our stud, and her bull calves have been sold for breeding purposes.  Her sons have sold at auction to a top of $23,000 and average of $11,860.

In 2021, Miribel entered our IVF program as a donor.
