NINDETHANA and NINDETHANA JEM will offer six young bulls at the 2024 Bunya Bull Sale to be held at the Coolabunia Sales Complex at Kingaroy on 7 September 2024. The bulls will be offered as Lots 1 to 6.
The sires that are represented in our Bunya draft are Glenlands J Bojangles and Nindethana Kensington.
All bulls have been:

The bulls have been raised in paddocks that mostly comprise gentle slopes, creek and river flats and ticks! They have been worked with bikes and on foot and have had plenty of education working through the yards and handling facilities.
The bulls have been grass-fed (native grasses and improved pastures) with access to a mineral supplement; light supplementation with Riverina stock pellets; and baled Rhodes grass.
Nindethana is a J-BAS 7 herd.

Kensington was retained for stud duties in 2020. An early maturing calf with exceptional weight for age, Kensington was an evolving package of everything we had been searching for in others. He is as long as a train and has incredible bone and muscling, tremendous depth, a beautiful sire’s head, and a lovely tropical coat. His temperament is truly second to none. Kensington launched onto the show circuit in 2019 and at 11 months of age, was awarded the Junior Champion Droughtmaster Bull at the Royal Queensland Show. COVID-19 cut short his potential to shine further in the showring however, his potential as a sire has been well and truly realised.

Purchased at the 2020 Glenlands Sale for $55,000, this exceptional young sire oozes appeal. He is slick coated, tidy, soft, and has an abundance of loose skin. He is structurally correct with good bone, depth, and thickness.
At 24 months of age, Bojangles weighed 827kg with an EMA of 142cms and a scrotal circumference of 42cms. He has grown into a massive bull with a kind and gentle nature.

Purchased at the RSVP Invitational Sale in 2012, Galaxy has produced 11 calves including retained heifer, Flo who is in our IVF donor program; two heifers sold for stud duties; another gifted to a Julia Creek based family following the devastating floods of 2019; and three sale bulls, all sold at the Bunya Bull Sale.

She is a large-framed cow with a beautiful temperament and has always weaned weighty weaners. She has produced 11 calves in 11 years including three retained heifers; three sale heifers sold to studs; three sale bulls; Oberton and a steer.
