We are excited to be offering four unjoined heifers (Lots 55 – 58) at the Cream of the Crop Female Sale on 27 November 2021 at the Coolabunia Selling Complex, Kingaroy.
The heifers are aged between 15 and 17 months. Sires that are represented are Karragarra Miles, RSVP Jackpot and AI sire, Wundaburra Octaginal.
The heifers have been PESTIVIRUS tested negative; POMPES tested free; SIRE VERIFIED; and pregnancy tested to confirm that they are empty.
VACCINATIONS that have been administered to each female are listed below:
- 7 in 1;
- 3 day;
- botulism;
- pestivirus; and
- three germ tick fever.
Our herd has been tested for Bovine Johnes’ Disease (BJD) and we have a J-BAS 7 rating.
Our sale females have been raised in paddocks that mostly comprise of gentle slopes, creek and river flats, and ticks! They have been grass fed on native and improved pastures, and have access to mineral supplements. Sale preparation has included a light supplementation with a mix of Rye and Lucerne hay and Riverina stock pellets

This gorgeous heifer is definitely worth a look!! She is an easy doing, feminine heifer that has plenty of length and volume, the perfect topline and a very tidy underline. And to round off the perfect package, she has a lovey temperament.
Sire, RSVP Jackpot (Orana Issac) was purchased in 2015 for $25,000. He is as long as a train and demonstrates tremendous bone and muscling, and a silk-like tropical coat – traits that he has passed to his progeny. His libido and fertility is uncompromising, and his temperament is a dream. A 2015 Beef Australia champion, Jackpot’s progeny have achieved broad ribbon success at Droughtmaster Futurity and Feature Shows, the Royal Queensland Show, and countless Agricultural shows. His sons have sold at auction to a top of $11,000 and daughters to $5,000.
Dam, Balmoral Ridge Shania (Balmoral Ridge Lachlan) was purchased as an unjoined heifer in 2012. She is beautiful female that has produced 8 calves in 8 years including a retained female (Jade), 3 females and a bull sold for breeding purposes (Gessie, Ilana, Lilly & Kade), a steer, Melika, and a heifer calf at foot by Glenlands Bojangles.

A heifer’s first calf, Mabel is a quiet natured, easy doing, fleshy heifer that has plenty of depth and thickness.
AI sire, Wundaburra Octaginal (Wundaburra Juggernaut) was bred and used in the Wundaburra herd before the stud dispersed in 2012. Prior to Mabel, Octaginal has been used twice in our breeding program and on both occasions, he did not disappoint. He is the sire our paddock sweetheart and broad ribbon champion, Nindethana Daisibel, and our 2017 Cream of the Crop ‘sale topper’, Nindethana Hannalee.
Dam, Kengoon Cryna was purchased as a yearling heifer at the 2018 Scenic Rim Bull and Female Sale. She is an easy doing female that is fertile and milks well. She has produced two calves in two years – Mabel, and a lovely heifer calf by Rondel Whiskey.
